Cancellation policy

We require a minimum of 28 days cancellation notice for refunds to apply.

Although the 25% deposit required at the time of booking is not refundable, it may be used to another reservation made within six months of the event’s original date. If you paid in full at the time of booking, you have two options: we can refund the full amount (less the 25% deposit if the payment is made more than 28 days in advance of your reservation) or transfer it to another booking.

When bad weather, such rain, snow, strong winds, or other safety concerns arise, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time. Your reservation may be moved to a different day within a year of the original event date if this is necessary. Kindly note that there is still no return for the 25% deposit.

We will go above and above to accommodate every party booking that is made with us, and we will do all in our power to guarantee that we deliver your equipment. Customers should use the approximate delivery timings provided as a reference only; unexpected events may cause them to vary. There won’t be a refund in this case. Only in cases where we are unable to deliver due to uncontrollable circumstances—such as personnel illness or vehicle failure—will we provide complete refunds.
